Truly an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. I had the ladies Ice Bath session which was refreshing, challenging and beneficial at physical, mental and emotional levels. The team were very welcoming and coached us well. The space is comfortable and has a relaxing vibe. Can’t recommend it enough. Would definitely go back for more experiences with them.
