This waiver and these terms and conditions affect your legal rights, so it’s really important that you read and understand them prior to acceptance.
Here, at Endorphins Management Consultancies, we provide a range of experiences from Ice baths, Sauna, Breathing Sessions, and other physical experiences and by using our equipment and facilities you agree to be bound by these conditions. Should you have any concerns regarding any aspect of your health, taking part of these activities, you should consult your doctor and receive medical clearance before participating.
I acknowledge that the experiences provided by Endorphins Management Consultancies require a reasonable level of fitness and ability- and that participation in these experiences entails risks which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property or to third parties.
In signing this waiver, I accept and assume all the risks which exist in the experiences offered. I also confirm that I choose to participate being fully aware of these risks, and that my participation is voluntary. I acknowledge and accept that the experiences are dangerous and there is a risk of personal injury when undertaking such experiences.
I certify that to the best of my knowledge I do not have a medical condition which might have the effect of making it more likely that I will be involved in an incident which could result in injury to myself or others. To the best of my knowledge, I am not pregnant.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety (and the safety of my possessions) whilst undertaking the experiences.
I understand that all experiences are carried out at my own risk, and that I will only participate in experiences appropriate to my level of ability and fitness.
If the participant is a minor, I agree that this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement is made on behalf of that minor that all the releases, waivers and promises contained in these conditions are binding on that minor participant. I also confirm that I have full authority as parent or legal guardian to agree to their participation in the experiences and to bind them to this agreement.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the safety and supervision of the child/children that accompany me. I will ensure that I pay particular attention to any under 14-year-olds and will supervise them at all times.
I expressly agree and promise to accept responsibility for all risks existing and subsisting in any of the experiences from time to time and acknowledge that my participation in the activity is voluntary and that I am taking part despite the risks. As a result of participating, I agree to accept any consequences except liability for death or personally injury caused by the company’s negligence and/or breach of statutory duty.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law but subject to the non-excludable consumer guarantees implied pursuant to Emirati law, in no event will the company and its employees, directors and agents be liable in respect of any claim for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including without limitation personal injury, financial loss, or for any punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, or statutory duty or breach of any consumer guarantees.
In consideration of not being required to sign a fresh copy of this waiver release before each visit, I further agree that it shall apply to all visits within the next 12 months.
I agree to adhere to the following safety rules:
- You should not consume food or caffeine at least 2 hours before any experience.
- You should not participate in experiences whilst under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances and entry may be refused on that basis.
To consult a physician/doctor if I am concerned about ice water immersion, sauna, breathing session and how it relates to my health. Endorphins Management Consultancies accept no liability and are not responsible for any damage or harm caused by the use of its products or services.
I agree that any experience/service at Endorphins Management Consultancies are not used to cure or treat any disease and is neither implied nor should be inferred. I am responsible to keep well hydrated and speak to my doctor should I have any concerns about the services at Endorphins.
I acknowledge that I have read, fully understood, and accepted the above waiver terms and conditions prior to my acceptance of this form.
