It was an amazing and exceptional experience. I had zero expectations and it was just a pleasant evening. I admired the breathing and ice bath/ sauna alternation. I really connected with the group, who are all similar minded and just loved and appreciated our coaches 🙏🙏🙏

My first time experience with the ice bath and sadhu boards. And I feel like an entire new person. I have push myself out of my comfort zones several times this morning and I am definitely doing it again. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience for the sunrise breathwork and ice bath session. The best way to start a day and felt so energized after the session 😊Roy and Ben were so welcoming and guided us through the whole experience. I would usually feel nervous trying something new like this but they both put me at ease within seconds of meeting them.The setting was so amazing on the beach and a really chilled vibe.Will definately be back again next time I'm in Dubai. Thanks so much!

Lovely experience. Met super nice people who joined the hike. The guides Sanjog and Roy were very patient and encouraging. We did some breathing on top of the hill, and had a healthy snack. Once we finished the hike, the guides took us to a small authentic restaurant, the food was myummy. We did face and feet ice bath, and came back!! Highly recommend it!! ♥️

Unbelievable experience with the nicest guys you could meet. Benoit and Sanjog were brilliant talking us through our WHM breathing which gave me a ‘trip’ like experience which was unreal. The ice bath was also easy with them coaching me all the way… a lovely healthy dinner afterwards finished a wonderful evening..
The breathing, ice bath, Sauna, experience with Benoit and his team was just incredible! I would def recommend it for everyone!!! You won’t be disappointed! The team makes you feel so empowered and fills you with positive vibes 🙂
If you want to try an ice bath these guys are the best. I love all of the coaches, very beautiful souls who absolutely love what they do. I’ve done a fair few with them and each one is very special. You also meet beautiful people who are on similar journeys. 5* ++++
